Crime Summary: Gas Station Robbed, Attempted Dollar Tree Robbery Reported

The following arrest information was supplied by the Montgomery County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Washingtonian Gas Station, at 2301 Middlebrook Road, was robbed on Saturday, Jan. 5, at around 7:20 p.m. Police said two male suspects tried to take property from the store but encountered an employee. Police said a scuffle ensued. A detailed description of the two male suspects was unavailable.

Police are looking for a man suspected of trying to rob the Dollar Tree, at 9809 Main St., in Damascus, on Sunday, Jan. 6, at around 7 a.m. A detailed description of the suspect was unavailable.

A strong-arm robbery was reported in the 19800 block of Crystal Rock Drive on Tuesday, Jan. 8, at around 7:20 p.m. A detailed description of the suspect was unavailable.

  • A burglary was reported at a construction site in the 13700 block of Travilah Road, North Potomac, on Thursday, Jan. 3, at 5:53 a.m.  Unknown means of entry; unknown whether anything was taken.
  • A residential burglary occurred in the 20200 block of Red Buckeye Court in Germantown on Thursday, Jan. 3, between 8:30 a.m. and noon.  No forced entry; property taken.
  • A residential burglary was reported on Tuesday, Jan. 1, around 8:10 a.m. in the 18500 block of Black Kettle Drive in Boyds.  Forced entry; property taken.
  • A residential burglary was reported on Tuesday, Jan. 1, around 8:10 a.m. in the 18300 block of Clear Smoke Road in Boyds.  Forced entry; property taken.
