School Deadlines
Wootton High School has extended its deadline to Monday, May 7, for students to register for Summer Institute courses. Registration forms can be found on the school's website or in the main office and should be submitted to Mrs. Cunningham in room 41. She can be reached at 301-517-4750 with any questions.
Quince Orchard High School is celebrating "Arts Week". Don't miss out on two events showcasing the school's finest performers:
- Tuesday, May 1 — Concert Band, Concert Orchestra, and Symphonic Band Concert at 7 p.m.
- Thursday, May 3 — Symphonic Orchestra, Concert Choir, and Wind Ensemble Concert at 7 p.m.
The school is also hosting a "Signing Day" ceremony on Friday for its class of 2012 athletes to honor them and recognize where they will continue their athletic careers next year. Join the QO community in celebrating these students at 11 a.m. in the auditorium.
Visiting Broadway Stars
Tony Award nominees Christiane Noll and Brad Oscar will visit Wootton High School on Thursday night for a brief performance, Q&A, and autograph session. The event is free and open to the public starting at 7 p.m. Don't miss this chance to meet two Broadway stars.
