Join us for an enriching postpartum new mothers' circle, where new mothers share hopes, concerns and challenges in a safe, non-judgmental supportive environment. You'll find plenty of opportunities to form bonds and develop lifelong friendships.


The group format will take an informative, hands-on approach with lots of activities, exercises and discussions led by Orly Katz, an experienced certified professional counselor. By joining the circle, new mothers will develop skills such as:


* Managing anger and frustration
* Communicating more effectively
* Reducing stress
* Building a strong support system
* Enhancing relationships with loved ones


When: July 16th- August 20th, for a total of 6 meetings. Mondays at 10:00-11:15 am
Or:       July 20th-August 24th, for a total of 6 meetings. Fridays at 10 ;00-11:15 am

Cost : $30 per session.
