On the Agenda | Ten Mile Creek
On Thursday, Montgomery County planning staff is expected present a draft Clarksburg Limited Master Plan for the Ten Mile Creek Watershed to the Planning Board. The draft seems to have pleased no one. A homebuilder says the recommendations go too far, reducing the number of homes it would be able to build from 1,000 to 200; a local environmental group says the draft proposal doesn’t go far enough to protect the environment.
