Denim & Diamonds Benefit for Gaithersburg's Homeless Set for May 2

Tickets and sponsorships are available for this year's Denim and Diamonds Gala. Proceeds benefit the Wells/Robertson House, which helps the area's homeless.

From a city news release:

On Friday, May 2, the Friends of Wells/Robertson House, Inc., a private, nonprofit organization, will host a gala to benefit homeless Gaithersburg men and women in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Denim & Diamonds will take place from 7 p.m. to midnight at the Hilton –Washington DC North/Gaithersburg on Perry Parkway. Tickets are $50 per person.

Dress up your favorite blue jeans with a tuxedo jacket or cocktail attire and dance the night away to the lively sounds of Jimmy Nalley with DJ & Karaoke Allstars. Enjoy a delicious dinner, a live auction and great raffle prizes throughout the evening. 

All proceeds from the Denim & Diamonds Gala will benefit Friends of Wells/Robertson House, Inc., which supports a continuum of prevention and intervention programs to reduce chronic addiction and homelessness in the Gaithersburg community.

Sponsors are also being sought for the Denim and Diamonds Gala. Levels include Diamonds ($5,000 – 10 tickets), Gems ($2,500 – 8 tickets), Bell Bottoms ($1,000 – 6 tickets), Capri’s ($500 – 4 tickets), and Shorts ($250 – 2 tickets).  Valuable marketing and advertising exposure vary depending on the level of support.
