Canadian Brass presented by Pritchard Festival Productions, LLC

World-renowned quintet Canadian Brass will join forces with Pritchard Festival Productions, LLC for a performance in the Thomas C. Warren Auditorium at Quince Orchard High School, 15800 Quince Orchard Road, on Tuesday April 17th at 7:30pm.  The performance will nurture music education by featuring students from QOHS and the Pritchard Music Academy brass ensembles in a joint performance and by donating a large portion of the concert proceeds to the music programs at QOHS, Lakelands Park Middle School, and Rachel Carson Elementary School.  Canadian Brass will also lead a master class at QOHS that is free and open to the public on April 16th.  Call Pritchard Music Academy at (301) 355-8079 for details.

Canadian Brass has been delighting international audiences since its founding in 1970.  They regularly play at preeminent concert halls including The Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall.  Their chart-topping discography includes over 100 albums with repertoires featuring Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, marches, holiday favorites, ragtime, Dixieland, Latin, jazz, big band, Broadway, Christian, as well as popular songs and standards.   Throughout their four successful decades of world-wide touring, they have remained dedicated to inspiring and educating the next generation of musicians by making time to play at local schools and teach community master classes.  Canadian Brass currently consists of founding member Chuck Daellenbach on tuba, Christopher Coletti and Brandon Ridenour on trumpet, Eric Reed on horn, and newest member Achilles Liarmakopoulos on trombone.

Concert tickets are available at www.PFProductions.org.  A VIP opportunity that includes dinner with Canadian Brass is also available.  For more information, including sponsorship and advertising opportunities, contact Pritchard Festival Productions, LLC at Info@PFProductions.org.
