Bites Nearby: Laredo Grill

Local restaurant offers a blend of Mexican, Salvadoran and South American cuisine.

Laredo Grill adds to the diversity and complexity of Mexican cuisine by introducing a bit of Salvadoran and South American flair to the menu.

During lunch enjoy Mexican “go-to” favorites like burritos, quesadillas, tacos, enchiladas, fajitas. Or take a walk on the wild side with a Salvadoran specialty like pupusas—thick tortillas made from either corn or rice flour, typically stuffed with marinated pork and/or cheese.

For lunch or dinner, Laredo Grill serves its version of saltado, a Peruvian inspired dish of beef marinated in vinegar and spices then stir-fried with onions, tomatoes and parsley and served with white rice and potato wedges. Try the chicken or seafood variation of this unusual, flavorful entrée.
