Bites Nearby: Yogi Castle

The excessive heat makes today a frozen-yogurt-for-lunch kind of day.

How convenient that Yogi Castle-Premiun Frozen Yogurt House, with its all natural frozen yogurt, just happened to be on my path.

“Not all yogurts are created equal,” is the mantra of Yogi Castle, and it is great news to the consumer that “Yogi Castle frozen yogurt is an excellent source of protein, calcium, vitamins B-12 and riboflavin, and helps support a healthy immune and digestive system.”

Yogi Castle is self-serve, soft-serve frozen yogurt in 5 varieties: non-fat, low-fat, original tart non-fat, no sugar added, and non-dairy sorbet.

And while a myriad of flavors exist, you are limited by what is in the store that day.

The standards are always available: vanilla, classic chocolate, very strawberry. But you may find cookies and cream, butter brickle, red velvet, Georgia peach, white chocolate madacamia nut…and the list goes on.

Once you serve yourself the desired portion, you are off to the toppings department where you will have more choices to make. You choose whether it will be fresh fruit, cookies, candies or nuts to top off your custom confection.
