VIDEO: Homestead Farm Delights with Food Straight from the Source
A Poolesville farm participated in an annual countywide event to celebrate agriculture.
People traveled to Homestead Farm in Poolesville on Saturday and Sunday to pick their own fruits and vegetables as part of the 2011 Montgomery County Farm Tour and Harvest Sale.
The event included a dozen sites across the county. This year's event was the 22nd annual tour.
