2. Councilmember Hans Reimer will be holding a "Solutions Forum" in the Richard Montgomery High School cafeteria tonight at 7. He will be discussing what was the County Council's accomplishments in 2011 and items on his agenda for the next year.

5. On this day in history: Pennsylvania became the second state to ratify the U.S. Constitution in 1787. The Mona Lisa was recovered in Florence after having been stolen two years earlier (August 1911) from the Louvre in 1913.
