Washingtonians for Young Performing Artists (WYPA)' Summer Intensive Stage Study 2014 presents: Once On This Island Jr.

With its poignant story and catchy Caribbean-flavored score, ONCE ON THIS ISLAND JR. is a highly original theatrical adaptation of Hans Christian Andersen’s popular fairy tale, The Little Mermaid. From the Tony Award-winning songwriting team of Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty (RAGTIME and SEUSSICAL) this magical tale of love garnered eight Tony nominations, including nods for Best Musical, Book and Score!
