Four people were taken to area hospitals for injuries suffered in an accident that happened Monday morning in the parking lot of the Rockville Swim and Fitness Center during the city of Rockville’s Memorial Day Parade.

Rockville City Police are investigating the incident that occurred at Martin’s Lane and Rockville Pike.

The truck struck a City of Rockville recreation and parks employee who was also transported to Shady Grove Hospital.”

Hope the injured are on the mends! Shouldn't that allowance have been stopped years ago!!! Rhetorical! Believe, if memory serves me correctly, we had the same case scenario last Memorial Day when a young boy fell off truck in Kentlands parade.
