Fire and rescue spokesman: Adult seriously injured in a collision on Game Preserve Road.
GAITHERSBURG—A crash Friday involving a shool bus and several vehicles sent 10 people to the hospital, including one with life-threatening injuries, a Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said.
The school bus was carrying seven students from Germantown's Clopper Mill Elementary School, said Dana Tofig, a Montgomery County Public Schools spokesman.
The children and two adults were hospitalized. Thier injuries weren't considered life-threatening, Assistant Chief Scott Graham, a county Fire and Rescue Service spokesman, tweeted.

"We don't believe there are any serious injuries [to students]," Tofig said. "Some students may have been taken for evaluation at the hospital for precaution."
The adult who was seriously injured was not on the school bus, according to Graham.

Tofig said he believed the crash involved two vehicles and "one of them went off and hit our bus."
