This is near Malcolm King Park, where a body was found a couple of years ago. Like this case, the shooter was not local. I have to wonder what's going on in this area that attracts people and leads to this kind of violence? I spend a lot of time in this park and know there's a lot of drug activity. There is also graffiti covering the tunnels that run from the park under 370 to the Washingtonian and Swisher Sweet "blunt" wrappers everywhere. Is this gang activity? I don't know but when you stubble upon a rock tagged with "Prey" it makes you wonder. I think the police should get out of their cars every now and then. Cleaning up the park will go a long way towards making this area safer for the residents.
