The truck appears to be leaking some kind of fuel, and a hazmat team is responding, Garcia said. It’s not yet clear what kind of substance is leaking from the truck, Garcia said.

Traffic isn’t moving through Darnestown Road near the accident site and Montgomery County Police are on the scene detouring traffic, Garcia said. “It’s going to be awhile” before the road re-opens, he said.
