Heritage Cafe

Ridgeview Middle School NAACP Parents' Council and PTSA are celebrating Black History Month with Heritage Cafe on Friday, February 17, 2012 from 7-9p.m. in the RMS Gym.  Black Hiistory Month is not just for or about those with African heritage but about the history of our nation and the contributions that have benefitted us all.  Heritage Cafe is an opportunity to reach out to others and learn about other cultures.  We invite RMS students and families and the at-large community to attend and participate in Heritage Cafe.  Bring familiy and friends for an evening filled with inspiration, music, student performances, food and a dynamic keynote speaker!

Every great dream begins with a dreamer.  Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.  -Harriet Tubman (c. 1820-1913), Abolitionist
