Student's College Transition Group

A weekly class will help with the transition to and from college. This class will allow students to explore the upcoming changes in family dynamics, develop individual plans for the change in lifestyle and bring fun to the transitional journey. Each Wednesday a student-only,  session will come before our Bright Brain Yoga class, which is designed to cultivate creativity and movement. In the student session, we will discuss their individual experiences, challenges and goals.
