A Wootton-Churchill match up again claimed last week's poll. Can the rivalry be unseated in the new Game of the Week Poll?
For the second straight week, a Wootton-Churchill rivalry match up claimed the North Potomac-Darnestown Game of the Week.
On Friday, the Rockville and Potomac high schools' varsity ice hockey teams will meet for the second time this season. The Bulldogs defeated the Patriots 8-4 in the season opener for both teams on Nov. 18.
Last week Wootton tied Bethesda-Chevy Chase, 5-5, and Churchill narrowly escaped Whitman with a 4-3 win.

With no Wootton-Churchill games in the poll this week, the two schools' choke hold on the Patch Game of the Week will, at least momentarily, come to an end.
