VIDEO: Kiplinger Farms Hosted Potomac Hunt Races on Sunday

Another successful turnout for the race's 59th year.

Kiplinger Farms in Poolesville was the host this year's Potomac Hunt Races on Sunday. Despite thunderstorms on Saturday night, many came out to enjoy the 59th annual event, on what turned out to be a sunny afternoon.

Beverely Bosselmann, co-chair for the event, said she was very pleased with the turnout and the beautiful conditions that surrounded the races.

Benefits of the race went to the Yellow Ribbon Fund, which supports injured veterans from Walter Reed Army Medical Center, some of whom could be spotted in the crowd.
