Meet Your Neighbor: Karen Orem
Darnestown resident, Karen Orem, is the owner of the after-school arts program Busy Bees Arts and Crafts.
When parent organizers decided they were in need of a new mural for this year's , they called on local Darnestown artist and parent, Karen Orem.
Orem is the owner of the after school childrens arts program, Busy Bee Arts and Crafts. Her class at is offered for Kindergarten through 2nd graders and 3rd through 5th graders on Wednesday and Thursday.
For this week's , Patch caught up with Orem at Darnestown Colonial day last week to learn more about her business and her most recent artistic accomplishment.
