Meet Your Neighbor: Gabriela Goméz
A frequent participant in the Quince Orchard Library Conversation Club since moving from Mexico two-and-a-half years ago.
Three times a week Quince Orchard Library offers a free Conversation Club to help non-native English speaking members of the community improve their language skills. Last week for Meet Your Neighbor, we met Conversation Club volunteer Richard Etches. This week, we spoke to one of the women who attends the group. Gabriela Goméz moved to the area from Mexico two-and-a-half years ago when her husband got a job in the science cooridor. Since then, Goméz has used the Conversation Club to improve her English and meet new friends.
