Montgomery County police are investigating the early Wednesday vehicle-related death of a 34-year-old man in Gaithersburg as a homicide. Police responded to the report of a pedestrian struck on West Diamond Avenue at 1:17 a.m. and found a deceased victim at 211 West Diamond Avenue, police said. A surviving, 34-year-old victim was found a short distance away. The surviving 34-year-old told police he and his brother — the deceased — were given a ride by subjects in a black Honda Civic earlier in the morning, police said. As they were walking along West Diamond Avenue, they were struck by a black Honda Civic, police said.
