Kate Gold
Kate is a born and raised local. As a massage and myofascial release therapist, yoga teacher, small business owner, family farmer, artist and outdoors enthusiast, Kate has a broad and unique view of the area.
In 2010 she started Integrated Pathways LLC, a three-practitioner wholistic health and wellness center here in North Potomac, created to facilitate a multi-dimensional, prescription-free approach to healthcare.  When not teaching her uniquely joyful style of yoga at Inner Reaches Yoga and Health, or helping people heal chronic pain and scar tissue at Integrated Pathways, Kate can be found working on her small farm or romping through the woods with her family and her wonderful dog Pi.  Expect articles full of joy and simple lessons learned from a quest to live the simple life. Colorful musings, gardening and cooking, DIY, environmental, artistic, health and wellness posts will be the most common, with all sorts of interesting tidbits thrown in for good measure.  Kate has a BA in Earth Science and Society from Vassar College, She also graduated from the National Massage Therapy Institute and from a wilderness semester at the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Myofascial Release Therapist, and Registered Yoga Teacher.
