1.Today's weather is going to be cloudy and warm. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected in the afternoon with the high of 86F.
2. Ice Skate with your toddler at Cabin John Ice Rink. From 10:15am to 11:15am on Wednesday and Friday mornings, there is a special time set aside for the littlest ones on the ice rink. Parents and toddlers can skate for $3.50 per toddler and avoid being run down by the big kids. Fee includes admission and skate rental. Call 301 765 8620 for more information. 3. Wine Harvest at 114 Market Street has a Friday evening Happy Hour from 5pm to 7pm. Wine is only $1.99 a glass and beer is only $0.99.
4. Then step out to the Kentlands patio to see live music of “On the Bus.” the concert is from 7pm to 10pm tonight.
5. The FAIR's got TALENT! Semi-finals will be tonight, August 19 at 7pm (10 performers will be selected to go onto the finals.) The show is free with entrance to the fair. Finalists will perform at the finale tomorrow night. The last day of the fair is tomorrow.
